Cyano Outbreak

My 60 gallon cube has been setup for almost 18 months now and over the past 6 months I am battling what I believe is cyano. Initially I had green hair algae but after adding Rowaphos to a GFO Reactor my phosphates have dropped to 0.046 from 0.22 (checked with a Hanna ULR) and the green hair algae has disappeared.

However it now seems that cyano is running crazy in the tank, below are two images from today.

Here are the rest of my parameters:
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 0
Calcium - 420
Alk - 7
Mg - 1350

I know my Alk is low and I am dosing to raise that slowly.

Couple of questions that I have though:
1. In the second picture the algae is screen, is cyano green as well as red? If that is not cyano what is it?
2. Any reason that the cyano would all of a sudden go crazy when nothing has really changed?
3. Is my best hope the lights out for 3 days, suck up as much as possible and weekly 20% water changes?

Any help or insight to the questions above would be appreciated.

Cyano Outbreak

As far as I know cyano is red , have you added anything recently , I once added a frag that had cyano and I blew it off the frag next thing I had red spots around the tank so I just siphoned it out , then I used ultra life red slime remover and 48 hours later everything is gone
How's your water circulation and may be a contributing factor
