OK so.....Ammonia 0....Nitrite 0....Nitrate 20ppm Cycled? Time for pwc? Add a fish and small cuc? Does that sound right?

Do I need to start a light on/off schedule now?cycled?

IMO: I would have had a light regiment in place from day one.

What did you put in the tank that would have created a cycle? For example, when I cycled my 5g nano, I added some dead rock and a sprinkle of fish food to give it a jump.

How long has it been since you turned the power on (set up the tank)?

*edit*
I just found your initial thread and read through it. It seems that you are doing all the right things. I would definately add your CUC now. Be certain to drip aclimate them... invertibrates are very sensitive to changes in their environment.

I was worried about adding too much cuc at first. It seems as though they wouldn't have much to eat at the moment. I was thinking about adding a fish and a small amount of cuc every week or two till I reach the desired amount. Any advice?

After thinking about it, add a fish and some snails. Let your lights do their thing for a week or so and see what sort of algae you are growing. Then add more CUC respectively.
