Cycling/Food

I am still working on cycling package 1. By the looks of things it should be cycled in 2-3 days. Well at least my ammonia levels will be down to zero, just checking but that is the main reading to know your cycle is concluded correct?

My question is this. I was wanting to wait to order package two until around 4/24 as I am out of town 4/20-4/24. I currently have not been feeding my tank as Richard's instructions had advised me not to until after the cycle.

If I wait until 4/24 that will be three weeks my tank has gone without being fed, is that to long?. Can package one handle that, or should i feed it something to tide it over until I return to order package two?

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Current tank contents:
-4 Crabs 2 good 2 bad
-Many snails
-I had a small brittle starfish at one point, haven't seen it since it went it
-small corals on some of the LR

Not that it needs much feeding, but once the first part has cycled, no problem w/feeding a bit. There is probably plenty on the rock (pods, algae etc) for the crabs etc., so just be easy on food.
