ok so i finally setup my new tank
what are the recommendations on cycling
i have a 45 gal that i have started with 40 # of rock
& 40 # of live sand
my question is
how long do i wait?
i was thinking id drop a couple od damsels in to speed thing up?

YES plz don't use damsel on cycling.......just pickup a few fresh shrimp at publix or where ever and drop them in your tank

Or get a bottle of Fritz Turbo Start....the stuff works great and its a lot faster!!
