CerealKiller024,
We appreciate your interest in the Cymbacephalus beauforti shown on our Diver’s Den. This specimen likes to spend its time on sandy or rubble-based substrates, and eats smaller fish and crustaceans.
We highly recommend keeping this fish in a larger tank, as they are able to grow up to 20†long. Plenty of cover and hiding places should also be provided. Ideal water parameters include a pH of 8.1-8.4, temperature of 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit, and a Specific Gravity reading of 1.020-1.025.
