Ok guys these are my new kids, Sorry for the not so great photos.

To start with this is my first setup so it wont look good for a awhile as this is a temp thing until I build the 125gal setup.

As you can see I fell in love with these little guys that I ended up buying all 10 of then from a private seller on the Island of Puerto Rico and 1 Ocellaris and a purple Dotty to start with.

Out of the 10 one suffered by getting sucked up by the tunze power head and I feel so bad R.I.P in fish heaven.

Note to self: Put up a no trespassing signs near the tunze power head.

The Onyx are about 45days old and came from C-Quest here in Puerto Rico, I just hope they turn out great.

Pictures and Video.

Any suggesting as to what BTA or whatever it's call would be great, again I'm new to this so I don't know all the terms and stuff.

Are were there yet?

Those are adorable. :D There's a sticky at the top that tells what their natural host is.

I am glad you like your fish, they look very nice. I'm not sure what you mean by onyx.
Onyx are a color variety of A. percula. All of your babies are A. ocellaris and will never develop the onyx coloring. The one that you have labled ocellaris might be a percula, but is probably an ocellaris that has been fed something different than the others.

Phil i think the one labelled ocellaris is a Perc, the eye is totally different color ???

As I look again, you are probably right.

Sorry but I don't understand what your saying, Because all but 1 of them were sold to me as onyx from C-Quest they are a deep red color and the other (1) from the 10 is an orange color.

Like I said I'm new to the hobby and still learning from you guys here in RC.

How old is your tank? Your water looks cloudy and i'm a little worried about you adding that many fish all at once.

What Phil was saying is that "Onyx" clownfish are just a color variant of Amphiprion Percula, and that Amphiprion Ocellaris clowns won't develop that coloration. It appears that most of your fish are, in fact, A. Ocellaris, and the yellowish one might be A. Percula.

@Coralgrabber

The tank was given to me so I order new bulds should have them by Thursday there 15w 10000k So I order 1 artecnic Spell Check and the other 14000k.

@Slakker

The tank came with the water like that so I took a sample to the LFS and was told to do a 50% water change which I did after the picture was taken and also the bulbs are old so it makes the tank look that way. water out of the tank looks clear but in the tank looks the way you see it.

Yeah they look like ocellaris to me also. Again the one you have labeled as ocellaris looks like a percula. I hope you didnt pay "onyx" prices for those clowns.
