Daily or Monthly water changes?

Lately i have been doing 10 gallon a day water changes, seems that things are looking better than when i did a monthly change, keep in mind monthy changes were only 100 gal. So is it better to do daily or monthly, let me konw what yall think! Granted at that daily rate 1/2 system is changed over in a month, or is it, some of yesterdays new water may be coming out? Just looking for some opinions.

I try to do weekly but if I miss a week here or there I'm not worried. I do about 15% at a time. I believe 30% monthly is the dillution/replacement target point.

I do about 20% percent p/week

Weekly is ideal, if you have time for daily :thumbsup:
