hypo is tuff im considering regressing, returning my salt levels in the qt. maybe try copper. my clown and flame back angel are not fairing well. plus a damsel is twitching. they have been there 3 weeks. 2 of which the levels have been 1.009. trial and error well if and when i qt again i will go copper if i have any more success over this.

ive brought the sg up to 1.011. i havent completly aborded the hypo. i fear going from hypo to copper is just more inconsistancy and waiting to see a sign of improvement.

Over the yrs I have QT at least 4 dwarf angels in hypo tanks without a hint of problem. The most common problem that aquarist encounter in QT's is ammonia .. and that applies to both hypo and copper QT's.
