In the second pic it kinda looks like poop coming out a little hard to tell. What kind of nem is this? How long have you had it? has it deflated before?

Ive had my RBTA for almost a year now and this is how mine typically looks when its pooping. Mine always inflates again with in the day and then stays inflated for a few days before it poops again. Keep an eye on it and make sure the mouth stays closed and it inflates again. How often are you feeding it and what are you feeding?

Was waiting a few days to do its first new feeding as everything I've read said after transport it's best to let it settle In. It's foot is all still stuck to the glass.

Alright well after this all evening ordeal of worrying I've learned that nems are strange mesmerizing little creatures. He's moved a bit lower to the sand but he's still firmly attached to the glass. And as of this pic at 1246am he looks to be doing great. Thanks for the help everyone I hope he stays well!

Woke up this morning and he again looked like he was just not happy? But his foot was securely attached to the glass. Is it a sign that they are doing good if the foot is secured? Idk how much they close up at night yet!?

Has anyone purchased a nem or upgraded lights from MH to LED? I feel as if he is spitting out alot of zooxanthelia? Maybe he's just acclimating? This is what he looks like right now.

His mouth has been open most of the evening letting stuff out. I'm hoping he's just Getting used to my reefbreeders. I've turned the whites down to max at 20 during the few hours of max durinthe day. And upped the blue a little bit.

Sadly it seems he's playing the inside out trick. I would be curious as to what caused this, possibly the LEDs?

How old is this tank? Is it stable? The BTA's are one of the easier nems to take care of but they need fairly stable params and good water quality. I'm looking at some of your threads and a lot of things put in your tank aren't happy.

Lighting?
Salinity?
KH?
Calcium?
Temperature?

:)
