Dangers of zoanthid/palys, must read!

I got extremely sick from moving zoa's/palys around in on of my tanks about 9 months ago. It was the sickest I have been in my life, puking/halucinating/fever. I always wear gloves now.

There is another thread floating around where someone put a piece of LR with some zoa's on it out in their backyard and their dog got to it and died.

Zoa's are typically not harmful ... Paly's are the bad ones.

Was laying in the bed watching tv thinking my tongue was swelling up in my throat and suffocating me, not fun!!!!

I brushed the back of my hand against mine once and ended up with the worst abdominal cramping I've ever had.

ive had the cramping as well with palys once. i thought it was an appendicitis bursting it was so bad
