I see that you have participated in multiple threads since my last PM to you on 10/25.

It has been 1 year and you still have not paid me for LR that now resides in your beautiful 150 gallon tank.

I do not want to resort to name calling.

But you need to get in touch with me ASAP and pay me. No more excuses, no more false promises. Pony up. I kept my end of the bargain and have showed 1 year of patience.

well you know what i guess not everyone has mommy and daddy to fall back on or great job stability well i thought the same thing about the stability soo dont take it for granted it may not be there forever when you think it will be i am doing my best to do what i can for my family and at thins point about to loose everything because our nice republicans taking everything away including much needed medical insurance for wife and child but i guess its all about the money anymore which i dont have due to lack of work in both feilds that im trained in that i spent most of my life learning so until youve lived what im going through LAY OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!

Why not give the stuff back?

I know that it costs me a lot of money and time to stay in this hobby. It sounds like you don't have extra of either to spare. That would give you more money and time to devote to your family and get everyone off your back.

He sold some of the stolen rock to Trottman a long time ago.

If you have trouble financing and need medical insurance, a reef tank is the last thing you need.

You have your priorities backwards.
I do not think anyone would hire you regardless of your qualifications based upon your actions and attitude.

God bless Chad for putting up with me but atleast I come through in the end.

It may or may not be too late for you Dave.

So lets list the reasons:

1. Republicans
2. No mommy and daddy to fall back on
3. Lost medical insurance because of #1
4. No work in your field


Yet you posted a thread about how does my tank look about a week or two ago.

I think you could pay some medical expenses with that rock and salt and corals you had

Grow the F up man and live up to your obligations. Most people will work with you until you can make it right. But until you at least own up to what you did, which you admit to doing, you will be scorned and life will continue to F with you until you live life right

this has nothing to do with this dave guy who i'm assuming is 'reefs4ever2' but does anyone have any contact with frank jones? he ripped me off of $700 and now his e-mail and phone # are no longer. anyone have any advice of what to do? i contacted a lawyer who said to talk to the overland police first and if they won't do anything take him to small claims. this was over a year and a half ago so the police will most likely be no help.

Dave, it will come around to you. Make amends even if it takes a few years, make $10 a month payments, anything. Be a stand up guy.

We are sort of like a family here, a very twisted, dysfunctional family, but a family nonetheless. It kinda makes the rest of us look bad when people have to come into our forum looking to get paid for $$ they've been allegedly screwed out of. Most of us are honest guys and gals and don't like to see anyone taken advantage of.

We just want to see the right thing be done.
