OK, here's how this is going to work this year. $20 a frag for non-LE corals, $25 for LE corals, its just that simple. Multiple frags will get freebies of my choice, no brown corals I promise
Frag sizes will vary depending on what I have to cut and demand but will be at least 3/4" with most larger. All will be pre-sale only, and I need to sell enough to warrant my attendence, so if sales are poor I may not be attending. Sorry to be late to the game but I just returned from skiing and wanted to make sure the tanks survived. PM to reserve a frag and I'll update people's desires here periodically.
snipersps' Acropora loisetteae. This piece is not in very wide distribution because Hugo did not distribute many frags before his tank crash of about a year ago. You can find a good write-up on these corals here: Acropora Loisetteae - Saltcity Reef Forums. Very similar to the ultimate stag exhibiting a turquoise body with green corallites under optimum conditions, pink prostrata in the background
pink prostrata with blue tips. This originated from Matt Anderson in Virginia and under intense lighting is, IMO, one of the more incredible corals out there. It looks identical to the Paletta Prostrata offered by fragfarmer and some say the willie mille. Not a great pic but the coral on the left:
pink lemonade (LE). My frag originated from Hugo (snipersps) so it is the real deal. I've attached a picture for people who've been hiding in a closet and also to give some idea of what a colony looks like (you usually just see frag pictures, this is only part of the colony)
Red hot chili pepper / Seasons greetings monti (LE), bad picture actually deeper green than shown limited availability
Montipora setosa Tyree LE, limited availability
Palmers blue millepora, straight from Mike's colony in Pleasanton, CA, no pic but guaranteed the real deal and beautiful! Even though it is LE I'll let it go for $20 a frag
Green tabling hyacinthus, bright green with yellowish growing tips, picture doesn't do the coral justice
ORA green stylophora, sorry, no picture
Green pocillopora, intense neon green under high-K lighting and an easy grower. Old pic from my "point and shoot" days
More to come...
