day or so of deflation..?

does it seem strange if a nem just totally deflates for like a day or so....i did change the ballasts lately....

If this is a bta you're asking about, I would say it's very common and no cause for concern. Some other species aren't so inclined to deflate completely. I think all of them do partially on occasion, perhaps as part of their digestive cycle.

It is part of their digestive (excrement) process and they do it a lot if you feed them a lot. They also do it when they split.
