I need to replace my DC8 fuse. So as long as the total amps used plus 15% I should be good, correct? Total equipment amps = 8A + 15% = <10A. So a 10A fuse would be fine? This is just incase I can’t find a higher rated fuse. Is the correct size fuse 20A?

It is a 5x20 mm, 15 Amp fuse. You can put a lower current fuse in, but definitely don't put in a bigger one.

Curt,

The DC8 is less than a year old. Will I void my warranty if I replace the fuse myself?
I guess I should have brought this up first, by I assume it is a fuse. The DC8 LED is on and I see activity on it, but all of my outlets are dead. I switched all of the outlets to manually on and used a lamp to test them, but there was no electricity.

Thanks again

No, it will not void the warranty. Make sure you unplug the power before opening up the DC8.
