DC8 not responding after outage

We had a storm roll through the area and was out of power for about 2 hours. After the power was restored I have had no response from 2 DC8's since restoration. I have changed out cables. Swapped the cables from each DC8. The IP was messed up upon restoration, and Ihad that fixed. I have tried numerous times with the Online interface to manually operate the outlets with a refugium light and the outlets will not respond at all. The green light on both DC8's are on.
I've done:
swapped and changed cords, restart the net setup, power cycled the AC3. Cycled DC8's, I only get a quick flicker when plugged back in. I find it odd that both of the DC8's go out at once, so it leaves me to think that the AC3 head unit is officially junk?! This is unfortunately an urgent situation as the controller is the lifeline of my tank controlling everything. No redundancy for a controller failure unfortunately. I will be forced to have to buy a new Apex unit and the EB8's asap, I don't want to go through losing a tank full of SPS due to alk and cal issues. Thanks for any help guys.

Anyone have any idea? Some outlets are stuck on. Others are off. I made up a new cable.Still nothing. Neither of the devices are responding to any commands, neither from the AC3 head unit or the EB8/Apex.
