DD Nem Trio, but one looks wrong.

I ordered these 3 anemones.

I intended to keep the large BTA at work, so I opened the bag with the largest specimen, acclimated it, and added it my tank at work.

The longer it's been in there today, the more I think it looks like a magnifica......

Whoa. Great service from LA. They looked at my thread and agreed it was the wrong animal. So they called me to let me know they are crediting my account for the amount of the BTA that I ordered.

im certain what you have is a bubble tip anemone. the stripes around the mouth, the tentacle density, the lip around the top edge of the column are all indications to me that you received what you paid for...great service as always from LA though...

Yes, it is a BTA (E. quadricolor) without a doubt.

Looks like a BTA to me too. Looks like they did send the correct anemone after all.

I agree that it's a BTA, but it doesn't look like the BTA in the photo -- I'm assuming that's why they gave you a refund. Regardless, it's a sweet looking nem, and for a BTA with the color of a mag, I think you did score. :dance:
