Can you tell me what my delivery window is on divers den selection(others also). I am not sure when I can order in relation to when I can have my fish delivered? For instance if I have off on thursday am I limited to selections placed after 9:30on tues and before 9:30 on wed or can I place a order earlier and set delivery for thur. I'm asking because when I see a fish that I would love to order I'm usually not available to recieve it according to the shipping chart. I've also heard something about leaving a order open so that other selection may be made before shipping such as over the weekend Thanks for any info!!!!

Thank you for your post. When placing order on our Divers Den website you are able to request a certain date for it to be delivered. However, when selecting the delivery date it would have to be with in 48 hours of the order being placed. For instance, if you want your order to be delivered on Thursday we would recommend that you place the order on Tuesday before 9:30 am. Once the order has been processed we would be able to ship your order out on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.

While placing orders under Live Aquaria you would be able to select a delivery date that is outside of the 48 hour limit.

Thank you! just so I'm clear, Orders placed from Mon after 9:30 till tues before 9:30 will ship wed and arrive thur.

Thank you for your post. That is correct; in order for your package to be delivered on Thursday, we would recommend that you place your order on Tuesday before 9:30am and select a delivery date of Thursday. This would mean that the package would be shipped out on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.

We apologize, however we wanted to clarify our previous post.

Orders that are placed before 9:30 am Central time Monday â€"œ Thursday will ship the same day.
Orders placed on Friday before 9:30 am will only ship that day if Saturday Delivery is chosen.
Orders placed after 9:30 am Central time will ship the next business day.

You can request a future ship date on any order; however Diver’s Den items must ship within 48 hours. You can also request that an order be held open until 9:30 am on the day of shipping for possible additions.

Any special requests can be made by using the Comment Box at the end of the order. Most requests, like a ship date or holding the order open can be honored. Requests for a particular color or gender are a “request” only and not a guarantee. We will certainly try our best, but it would depend on our current stock.
