Dead fish due to shipping and what you guaranty covers

I understand the you guys guaranty the fish but what about the shipping costs. I will have 30.00 in dead fish and 34.00 in shipping.

Thank you for your post. We sincerely apologize for the loss of your fish. In regards to your question on refunding shipping costs, whenever a customer experiences a complete loss of the items on their order, we will credit for both the specimens and shipping charges.
