Dead fish stuck in rock

Had a couple fish get ich, one was removed and died in qt, other , clown trigger , still in tank died in his hole in rock he slept in. He's stuck with a starfish on top of him. I can't seem to get to it to remove it. Fairly new to this but am I in danger of a minor ammonia spike ? Don't want to kill a bunch of stuff!! Any advice?
P.S. can't move the rock, it's a large one supporting another large one

You have ich in your tank , fish or no fish. It would be best to move all fish and go fallow to let the ich die out. How big is your tank? One fish may not make a huge difference on ammonia spike depending on water volume.

Tank is 150, fish was small, about 1-2"

Leave it be. It will be consumed fast enough to the point it will eventually either be pushed out of the hole or it won't matter.

Since you know you have ick just take out all the remaining fish and leave them in QT for 10-12 weeks and then carefully add back fully QTed only fish.
