Hi everyone. I recently added a spotbreast angel to my 75 gallon tank in replacement of my yellow tang that grew to be a bit too large for my comfort in the 75 after about 1 year. Long story short, I put her through my QT process of TTM, Prazi, and Observation for a few weeks. I saw no signs of disease, had a good appetite, and was always out swimming. I put her in the display with my 2 Blue/Green Chromis, Hoeven's Wrasse, and Yellow-Flanked Fairy Wrasse. There was no real signs of aggression at all and all seemed well. Then I went on a 2 week work trip to Italy and had my normal set-up of feeder, extra large ATO tank, and light timers. When I came back she was looking real bad but still swimming around. It looked like it was a case of fin rot so I started doing Kanaplex since that is the only medicine I have on hand for that type of issue. In about 3 days time to yesterday, she seemed to have stopped losing parts of her tail but was super lethargic and had bloody sore type lesions on her. This morning she was dead. Now it looks like my one Chromis has a lesion on it as well, but it has been out and about as normal. It is swimming around way too quick to get a good photo though. Any thoughts as to what this is would be a big help. The 2 chromis has been with me for 3 plus years now and never have I seen any signs of Uronema in the tank. The two chromis have been in 3 different tanks with 3 moves and many different types of fish as tankmates. Before this new tank, all fish were put through QT again and the tank started with all dry rock. This setup is about a year old. My water quality has remained pretty good with 0 ammonia and nitrite and nitrate at around 5-10. I did a 20 gallon water change when I got back from Italy 5 days ago. Please let me know your guys' thoughts. Thanks!
