dead livestock, great customer service...

dear drs foster and smith,

i have ordered drygoods a several times, and the experience could not have been better. unfortunately this time, we had ordered livestock. the first shipment contained a beautiful red cynarina, whose skeleton was showing upon arrival and seems to recede by day. it was on sale - but does that mean lower quality? a palau nepthea was also ordered, and sent in the same box - and it had significant necrosis that i had to remove a branch of it. it is not inflated yet, and am afraid of it's health every day.

we also ordered a tailspot blenny which was DOA. as this was our second livestock shipment from an online source, i was pretty shocked when this had all happened. i called right away, and customer service was great, and sent us a replacement yesterday. he is doing well this time around.

i am upset about the loss of livestock and the need to nurse these species to health, but am pleased with the overall customer service and responsiveness on your part. I hope some of these issues will be remedied.
