Debate on LED actinic supplementation w/MH

I have picked up a 36" dual 150W DE halide fixure. It has some 20k XM's in it right now. I plan to switch over to Phoenix 14k. I want to run 2 rapid led actinic light bars to add some pop (all Cree RB's). My friend said that adding LED actinics can actually wash out the colors that the Phoenix bulbs provide. Does anyone have ideas on this? Agree or disagree with this idea

disagree,i run rb-led's with phoenix and it actually adds to the ''pop'' of my sps corals

Good to hear. I was hoping this would be the case. How many RB's did you add to your halides?
