December Meeting/Party

Well Ladies and Gentlemen, It is almost that time of year where we get together at The Coral Reef and celebrate another year of this awsome hobby :beer:.

Daniel and Leonor are willing to host the event, all we have to do is come up with a time and date

Last years meeting was a Pot luck and a frag swap. it would be cool if we could have the same style of meeting. We had a great turn out last year so lets all get together and come up with a time and date that will be best for everyone to attend.
 
OK, I have 29 looks but no response. I'm going to take the bull by the horns and put out a date and time. How does the first Sunday of December work for everyone?

Does that work for everyone? If I recall corectly we had last year's meeting on the first week as well.

Please post on this thread if it works for you. If it doesn't then post what day is best for you. We will take it as a majority vote.

I'll be out of town the first weekend of Dec. Hard for me to pin down a day so early. Worse case if I can't make it someone can pick up goodies to hand out.
 
What's up erik. Dec. 4th i will be at work. Sounds like a good time, so i'll keep checking for any changes. Thx
 
Erik, Thanks for taking the time to get this going. I will be there no matter the date. The earlier in the month the better I would think but if it can work for more people if it is moved a week that is great. I am like Steffen I really hope more people post here and have a chance to attend.

I really want to attend this meeting but I have no idea were "the coral reef " is at!? Can I get directions?
 
Count me in guys, just let me know what to take and I will definitely attend. I am off almost every weekend, its rare when I have to work them. Parties are a blast when you add a couple nuts into the mix, I am one, any other takers. :wildone:
 
Sounds good. Also another thing we need to set up is a list of food items that everybody will bring, so we dont bring alot of the same foods.
 
Hey Erick, is awsome what your planning to do with the meetings. sorry I cant attent to any one soon, cause I will be in Taiwan for the next 5 to 7 months as long as the job takes. the reason for my BIG delay with my 180 remake. I wish you all good sucess with your system and keep them up. God willing when I come back, I will continue with the make over of my 180 system. I will be jumping in here from time to time, see you all next year.
 
need to make plans for me to drop off some holiday frags eric. Ill be out of town attending the gallup NM balloon fest the first week of dec.

I also have a massive Neon Green birds nest that I would love to get some hammerspawn for. Ill take a picture for size and post it in abit.
 
Well Gang I hate o be the bearer of bad news once more, but I have to do it.

Today Daniel told me that TRC can no longer host the December meeting/party. They will be out of town every weekend in December.

In order to have a December meeting I ask the club members if you are willing to host the meeting let us know.

I will talk to other LFS owners to see if they want to host. Lets hope we can come up with something.
