December meeting

Hey!

Okay, so it's a bit early, but this one is our annual joint NTRC/MTRC meeting.

We will be having this on the 12th of December @ 5:00pm at Pet Palace. Nashville will be joining us. Caleb said that if anyone needs anything special to let him know a week or two in advance and he'd see if he could get it in.

I hope everyone can make it, it's always nice to get both clubs together!

Just wanted to bump this back up near the top, I'll be making phone calls at the end of the week/beginning of next to remind everyone of this.

I've also had an idea that I'd like to get some help with, if you can. I think it would be nice if we could have a few small items to raffle off, and what better than frags? I've got some green candy canes and some green acros, as well as a nice yellow scroll that I plan on bringing to raffle off, if anyone else would like to participate. I'm also talking with Caleb to see about PetPalace giving us a good deal on some small equipment (mag-float, scraper, etc) that can be raffled as well. I figure everyone attending will get a ticket at the door, and then we'll draw for each item, that way everyone has a fair shot at the things.

If you are interested in bringing a food item, please post it in here. I'm planning on bringing something hot (maybe a nacho dip) and plates, spoons, forks, etc.

Glad to see everyone that came out, I thought the meeting was really nice yesterday, even with the low MTRC turnout. Janie, glad you made it as well!
