Yes, you make the decision but I think the 24th to the 26 is out

Yep, best just to pick which date best suites you. Very tough month for a meeting...
I will say though if it is weekend then Sunday always works best for Dawn and I.

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to host on that date. Made a couple of calls before sending out the email and found out I was already booked by family for another outing. I'll send out an email.

On the positive side I talked to one of the people at New College and will be setting up a meeting there to see their 15,000 gallons of aquariums. That will be either January or February. He mentioned that they don't have a community outreach program so we'd just get access to the rooms.
