If you guys want to bring something how about Jon you bring some Christmas(Strike that) HOLIDAY cookies. And Joe some sodas would be great.
I am on my way to get a fresh keg. I have chips and pretzels and Jen made some snacks.
If anyone else feels like bringing something deserts/snack-e-poos are always a hit.
Ken said he sent out about 30+ invites and minus the no's we should have a decent turnout.(Best guess 15) Again if you did not get the directions PM myself or KaptKen and we will get them to you. I will check back every couple hours to check in.

Oh and can someone bring the member IDs that we have left incase anyone new wants to join the club? Anyone who is a paid member of the club should try to make sure they still have there card.

We are in line at Wally World with dough for sugar cookies and chocolate chip. We'll wait till tomorrow to cook so they will be fresh. I've got to finish up(read that as start) putting togther my power point. I'll try to keep it interesting and not drag it out too long.

-Club expansion through advertising and events.
-Meeting places for the next two meetings (I have some ideas to share)
-Finalazation of Ken's avatar
-Topics/lectures for next years meetings.

Possible topics part 2:
-Getting sponsers for the site
-Inhance the site to include a DRC members forum w/ passwaod for secure voting.
-Get a list of possible events for 2008, Not including road trips to Fish stores.
-Every 3rd month the meeting moved possibly held more towards middletown/dover area to reduce drive time for the "Lower Slower Delaware" :lol: Just a joke put down the weapon.
-Group buy of ATO (Jon)

Thanks, Can't decide if its my place to start a new thread of everything that was covered in tonight meeting or Teds. What a night, very active in ideas and conmitment to expand and grow the club.
I think since I am on, I will post the biggest changes to DRC and leave all the details to Ted. I will start a new thead so it does not get lost in the back of this one.

Hi Al,
Sorry to have missed the meting. Traffic on 95 ended up being awful last night. I left Fredericksburg around 2:30 and didn’t get home till almost 7… it usually takes about 3hrs… gaaaa, this long distance stuff is wearing me down.
Congrats on the new appointment, it sounds like there are some great changes in store for the club!
Ill be heading out of town soon this week for the holidays, so
