December Tucson Frag Auction

Well started getting frags ready for December. A lot of people asked me to make them smaller so I did, if anyboby wants larger frags let me know which ones and how big.

This time they will be in full color too, only been a couple of days under the new light and already see them changeing fast. Red Planet is getting pink and Blue Torts are getting dark blue, I might even bring a few Shaun Bennett Blue Torts. The Steve Elias has branch tips all over the different colonies and growing like a weed. Anybody want a green purple rimed cap that will knock your socks off?

I'll get Pic's up as soon as the slime subsides.

I guess I'd like to jump in and put in a good word for January. December is soooo busy with Christmas preparations etc. and finishing stuff at work by the end of the year. :crazy1: I think it would be more fun (for me) to have it after the holidays when we all can relax and spend Christmas money. Whatcha think?

Yea, dates still open, more time for frags to grow. I was kinda wondering when if Dec would be good with Christmas and New Years too. As long as we call it a Frag Auction I'm open on the date, not Cow Taoing to her Majesty!

Either Dec or Jan would be fun! Jan is likely to get fewer conflicts though, but I don't want to wait!

Early or mid Dec. would be cool, most of us are still around and the Christmas rush not on yet. We have addictions, can't wait till January!

I was wondering if you Tucsanianenins had a frag swap at all. How many will be there? When's the date? I am in Tempe, would it be worth the drive? I have mainly SPS and a few zoas to trade.

Last turnout was nuts! I think we had like 50 bidders. Tons of supper nice corals.

yea last turnout was sick! a bunch of ppl as said above, i think prolly more than 50 tho and over 120 frags were auctioned. IMO it would be definately worth the drive. plus you get to meet more ppl so thats a +

Would any of us out-of-towners be able to sell/trade? Or do we have to get hazed in or something? LOL My tank is like a full checkers board, if i move one piece another has to move to make space for it.
