decorator vs coral live rock

Hi everyone,

I'm about to place an order for some live rock and I wanted to know which type previous buyers prefered, the coral or the decorator type. TBS no longer has the mix of the two so I have to pick.

For the most part, I have not been able to tell the difference....

except for a few pieces...

I have more than 100llbs and it has been a little confusing for me........

The SUPER nice rock has been obvious!!

I was there in person on Sat. and picked through both the decorator and coral rock tanks. I'd have to say the coral rock at $6/lb. looked a bit more interesting than the stuff at $5/lb. I picked some of each.

The only disappointment was that the packaging did not withstand the tortures of US Airways. When I claimed my insulated box at baggage claim, it had lost most of the water. I hope this is not a typical occurence. Net net: my fancy rock now looks like $2/lb base rock!
