Deep blue professional solar extreme light settings?

I have the deep blue solar extreme with 2 54 w actinic blubs and 2 54 daylight blubs and a row of moonlight leds.

Question 1: how should i set timer up to run lights? Like which lights when and for how long on each?

Question 2. How far off the water should i hang the lights?
I currently have the light resting on top of the glass canopy with the lights legs down. I am bleaching out the purple coraline on top of the rocks.

I know how to set timer but dont know what i am doing when it comes lighting tank.

Tank is 125 gallon
From the bottom of the sand bed to the top of the tank is 23 inches.
