It's a wild colony from Jakarta. I am leaning more towards turaki myself, but still unsure.

They are being maricultured. You can see them on divers den from time to time.

ORAs Hawkins Echinata is turaki.

I am really leaning towards turaki- the tips are becoming purple. Most of the "hawkins echinata/turaki" I have seen grows in a much tighter clump. This one is very loosely structured and looks like a table.
