Defective Kent Aqua Dose

My order number is w000191197.

I can not get the hose installed on the container?? The plastic hose pc on the end of the bubble counter does not fit in the elbow. If I take the small clear hose pc of the end it is too small. I have tried to force it and it will not go into the elbow!!!

I am really frustrated with it right now. I have not used it at all and have not even put any water in the container. I just now decided to install it because I had a tooth pulled and could not do it.

Also on the hose package it says on the instuctions...

" Place above PATIENTS HEAD" I am a little confused....did I buy a IV kit or a doser??? Does this belong or what??? I just want to be able to dose with what I bought.

Thanks for your Post, I just called your phone we have on file for you. I needed to verify that you have all the parts available that you needed for your unit. In that package did you receive a 3-4 inch piece of rigid tubing? We have come to find that this unit was missing that part from the manufacturer. I have that part available and can send to you.
As far as the " did I buy a IV kit or a Doser part" Yes that item is supposed to be in there. It's a Gravity Feeding set that is primarily for IV Usage but also serves as a doser. Please call me if you have any further Questions
