Deflated BTA

I need some advice; I recently bought a BTA and everything seemed fine for the first two days. It has been about a week now for about 2 days his tips have not been very full, and not many of them even show. He is moving around a little and I am not sure why his tips are not bigger. I am fairly new to this hobby and this is my first BTA. Can someone help, please??

I'm fairly new also and just added a BTA. Mine has done the same thing. He has even shrivelled up to nothing and completely disappeared into the cracks of the rock. He has also moved a time or two. But each time he has come back OK. My understanding is that they will move if they're not completely happy with their location (not enough light, not enough water flow, etc.). Mine went to the backside of the rock I put him on, I've since rotated the rock to put him back on top and he seems happy so far.
