Deflated during light period and inflate during night

I've seen some of those threads discussing about this behaviour with Anemone, HOWEVER I didn't see any closure with any of them.

If the lighting too strong, she would've moved.
If the lighting too weak, then why would she inflate during night/dawn.
If she's dying, well she would not inflate during night/dawn time.

Perhaps the only explanation is acclimating?

For those that have experienced this scenario, would be greatly appreciated if you can chime in.

What kind of nem? Prior to the knowledge of the cipro treatment I just used on a gig and haddoni, the nems I had that inflated at night and deflated in the light hours only progressively got worse until death.

You should always acclimate to temp, salinity, and light upon introduction of any anemone. But it is common for BTA to shy away for the first few days and then start to come out and show it's face.
