I just recieved my shipment of fireside acro today and noticed the bag was cold when I pulled it from the foam packing. I placed it in the sump to warm to tank temp before acclimating. When I opened the bag the coral is white and the water was milky. Also had a slight odor. I didn't see any flesh floating in the bag.
This is the first time I recieved any livestock through shipement and may be a litttle paranoid. I live in Pa and it has been on the cold side here latley. I will give it a few days to see how it turnes out. Hopefully it will be ok. I was impressed with the packing and timely delivery.
My order number is A2535584-1. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks for your help.

Mark,
The bag water should be crystal clear upon arrival to your door. If the coral is white and the water was cloudy, it doesn’t sound good. Please check the coral closely as you should see some polyp extension coming out of the corallites or pockets of the branches. If you are unable to see any polyps, the coral has most likely perished.

Due to the fact this was your first order, and the coral was the only item on the order I would like to ship you another Fireside Acro on Monday. Please give us a call at your convenience at 1-800-334-3699 so we can arrange this for you. I apologize for the inconvenience and your complete satisfaction is very important to us.

Thank you very much. You didn't have to send any "extras" but that was great. All came in very healthy and opened fully after 5 min of being in the tank. Very impressive.
