Is there a contact person here on site for spare parts for the Deltec MCE 300 skimmer. If there is may someone please provide me with his contact information as i am in desperate need of parts since my skimmer is not working.

In the past they have suggested contacting their rep. in Canada, Germany or England because the US rep's power has been off for a few years now.

Also according to them they left RC because RC was too big and too often the customer got lost in the shuffle therefore they set up their own forum to address this issues.

I contacted them last week and still didn't hear back from them. I am most likely going to have to go along with a new HOB skimmer for my 40 breeder tank. Any suggestions?

Try Mojo's Skimmer Q and A thread in the equipment forum. There are a few HOBs he recommends and they vary in price.

I would go with a Reef Octopus HOB skimmer. The customer service from coralvue is pretty good.
