Just a quick first impression and photos of Deltec SC1455 Internal Skimmer from Germany.

Nothing really detailed. Only had it running for 12hrs and its already skimming a little. No overflow, bubbles are very fine when dialled in.

For the price, its still an expensive skimmer, cheaper than Nyos 160 which has roughly the same specs.

Opening 'water level adjuster' by turning anti-clockwise produces bigger bubbles

Closing the adjuster creates much finer bubbles and also rises the level too.

According to the instructions, ideally you close the adjuster until you get fine bubble skimming 1/2 way up the cup's inner riser tube

As for the Air line valve, there isn't any instruction when/why to use it. Mine is fully opened.

In my Reefer 170 sump, it takes up quite a fair amount of space.
Had to reduce my 4in Marinepure block to 3in to fit the skimmer.

Noise wise, it is not silent. I believe the DC version maybe better.
Even with the cabinet door closed, I can still hear the pump's hum but not the air suction noise.

(It is rated for 800+litre tank, I'm using it on a Reefer 170 litre which might be a bit excessive but planning to maybe upgrade to 350 next year.)
