Dendro dying

After a recent tank move, I've noticed that my dendros haven't opened up and two of the heads were emitting white chunks. When I removed the white chunks, I saw that the heads of the dendros were slowly melting away. I've always believed that dendros were extremely hardy, so should I just leave them be, or is there something I should apply to help medicate it?

I've had it for about 6 months. I've moved it probably 4-5 times to various tanks and w/n minutes it would open up. I think this last time did it in :(. My water parameters are all fine now, but the tank that I did have it in for a couple of weeks wasn't so great. It didn't fully open in that tank. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens. My other dendros are doing okay now that I've moved them. It's just this one that's kinda melting away. I feed them every other day.

dang, that sucks.
i hope he does better....anything in the tank that might be picking at it?

nah no fish or crabs right now. On two of the heads, the center is hollow, as compared to my other colonies where the head is a big orange ball w/ a slit in the middle. :(
