Dendro help

Hey guys. my dendro has a weird blister on its side. Just looks like a puffed out bubble of tissue. Any idea what's wrong with it? Been there for about a week now. This was fragged about a month ago. Here's a few pics I snapped with my cell phone. I'll try to take some with a real camera later
