Yes,
Use the Reef Builder to compensate for the alk drop from x-reasons & continue to dose equal parts of A & B for uptake from your corals & coralline algae. Reef Builder will increase the alkalinity without causing a rise in PH.

Say your just starting out fresh. You want a target range of 425ppm for Ca, 9.0 DKH for Alk & 1350 for Mag. You test your water parameters and bring these levels up with either commercial products (Turbo Calcium, Reef Builder, Reef Advantage Magnesium etc) or use DIY products (Dow Peladow/Dowflake, Baked Baking Soda, Dead Sea Works Magflake). You then utilize a 2-part solution to keep your levels based on coral uptake. If you find Ca & Alk dropping or increasing, you adjust your dosing by + or -
If you find that one component is dropping rapidly from sulfur addition or salt mix formulation, you would use one of the above single product to bring Ca & Alk back into balance.
Normally, I just check my levels about once a month a day or two after a water change but on the fowlr system with the sulfur addition, I need to check alkalinity almost every other day. Calcium stays the same cause I haven't changed the way I dose kalkwasser into the system. It's been pretty routine for the alkalinity to drop about 0.5 DKH every day so after weeks of testing, I just test every 3 days or so and bring the alk up 1.7 DKH on about 300g of water.
