Derasa on Bare Bottom?

I have a large (11-12") derasa clam that I have had for years. I recently upgraded my system and have gone bare bottom. Will a clam that is normaly on the sand do ok on a bare surface. He has opened up since the transfer and looks great just FYI. Thanks for any help!

No issue...but your clam will probably stick more easily to the glass bottom.
