Deresa clam keeps tilting. Should I care?

Yes it is a poly clad flatworm. I nuked him that same day and nightly hunting has turned up empty. So hopefully the problem is gone.

I got him from LA, and it's my suspicion he was on it from day 1.

As I sit here reading about poly clad flat worms, I think I must have them in my tank. When I changed my lights from MH to LED I had a major clam die off. I always assumed it was the LEDs. I had purchased a new clam about that time and had not QTed it. Over the next few months I lost every large snail in my tank. I assumed the hermits were killing them. I even caught a yellow fancy brittle sea star pulling one of my snails out of his shell. I never thought about flat worms. I had over 100 nassirius snails die. Now I am thinking I have flat worms.

Go searching at night with a light. Look for something similar to what I posted.

Well I had the clam all of about 3 days before it bit the dust. Is wasn't till after that I found the worm.

I haven't had a clam in two years and I still cannot keep a snail for more than a month.
