Desiccant for air dryer

What kind of generic desiccant should I use in a DIY air dryer for my ozonizer, and where can I buy it?

OK, after more research, I'm thinking this is the stuff I want:

I can't find it in anything short of a 50lb bag, never mind the additional color indicating stuff

You can get silica desiccant (color changeing) from Harbor frieght, 2# for 5 bucks
I was wondering what else would work drying the silica desiccants is a PITA
Would rock salt work???????

The calcium hydroxide people use for DIY 2 part says it can be used for drying air, you may want to look into that as I'm sure a local reefer in the area would have some.
