Destruction!

My nem hit the powerhead today. :debi: Pictures to come but he was basically pulverized. Anyone else ever had this happen?

Yes, i had one that was destroyed. I did have two though that made a full recovery.

Yep me too. There was anemone in the back of the ph, anemone coming out the front, and a huge mess in the middle.

I had teeny-tiny baby photon clowns from Sanjay that slept every night in 4" from a 3500gph Koralia 8 and right up against the comparably huge teeth of my overflow. I expected to find them shredded or missing everyday but they're still around. I did lose a nem in one though...although sadly _I_ killed him, not the powerhead...when I found him he was half-way in jammed between the teeth but not touching the prop yet...I think I killed him trying to remove him....I should have just turned the pump off for a week and let him crawl out.

I wiped out a tank when a sea apple wound up in a PH...that was before I knew better.

Everything seems to be doing good. Ammonia is at 0 and all the fish are happy and swimming all over. Im keeing a close eye on al parameters though. This was all after a 20 gallon water change of course.

Glad to hear things are going well. I thought for sure it would be 2 or 3 water changes before that ammonia came back down

It may not be done yet. Im still testing. preparing for the worst
