determining flow for my 75.

I have a 75 gal. 48" tank and plan on getting an anemone when it is matured well. I have a closed loop on it powered by a little giant4mdqsc. I figure with the current configuration I am only getting 6 or 7 hundred gph. through it. My return pump is about 400 gph and the effect on water movement from it is not even a factor almost. I know I need a lot more flow but without adding a lot of heat to my tank what do you guys suggest I do. I am not experienced with high flow reef systems, but have tons of fishkeeping and diy experience. Thanx.

sorry but I also wanted to ask. My closed loop consists of an * jt under gravel jet system and 2 over the back returns. Is this in your opinion an efficient way of setting it up?
