Determining Rainsford Goby Gender

I wasn't sure where to place this post, but this forum seemed the most logical choice. I'm hoping someone can explain how to determine the gender of a Rainsford Goby. I'm not seriously thinking of breeding them right now, but who knows done the road. I'm really more concerned that they will just get along....thanks!

Most gobies are rather indistinguishable, and IIRC the Rainsford are one of them. Also a lot of gobies can change sex (some of them both directions), so likely just any two will work.
