Hi all-
I am not sure if I can or should post this here, but here it goes anyway.
I have a small frag of a Diablo Milli that I would like to trade. I've had it for a little over a month and it is doing great. But it is small, maybe 1/2 inch. It is a very nice milli, so thinking someone might want it. I can't get a good pic of it but it is coloring up good and extending well. PM if you have a nice SPS frag you would like to trade.
I also have these if you are interested.

I also have a Vortech MP10 and 2 36" Reef Brites, PM me if interested.

LOCAL ONLY!!!!

I am in Petaluma.

Grant I'll call you tomorrow. As for the zoas/palys, they look like nightmares, but not sure. They were actually one of my first corals I purchased and they have been growing great, I'll make a couple frags and get back to you guys.

Mp 10 an reefbrights, shoot me flicks with time in use along if any defects please. Also cash price and if ur willing to do cash with corals. Thanks.

One is Actinic Blue and one is 50/50
Only used a few months, all works like new. They are currently packed in original box and come with power supplies.

I attempted fragging this zoa as my first ever frag of any coral.. I only made 2 so I could try it out. It seemed to go ok, but difficult to cut more than 1 polyp at a time. Then I think I glued a few polyps too close together. 2 questions.
1. Do you cut multiple polyps off at once?
2. If you want to glue multiple polyps on one frag disc, do you space them out fairly far?

I have one frag where a large polyp is fully opened to a point where you can't see the other polyps.. Btw- I am keeping the colony together as much as possible, just fragging a few polyps that are growing on the back of the rock.

You can cut multiple polyps at once. Cut the section you want, between the polyps and peel the mat off, with all polyps attached.

Cutting individual polyps is okay too, but I find it is hard to glue them without sticking the stalk into the glue. I prefer to have the glue under the mat so the frag can grow out over it more easily. I have no evidence that this actully matters though.

If one polpy is covering the others, they should all be able to adjust as long as they are healthy.

I'm not an expert, but this is all true in my minimal experience.

if you want to frag off a few polyps without destroying the rock the colony is on, i'd use an exacto knife to scrape off them off. make sure you scrape a bit of the rock under the polyps.
