Today i noticed a bruise? on my tang and also my flame angel looks like he has a fat lip; can anyone help me i'm still fairly new and i want to treat my babies asap if they're sick

I dont know that much but I would think bacterial. So should treat with metroplex, kanaplex and furan-2. But again I'm still pretty knew to the forums.
