Diamond Goby with mud?

Can you keep a Diamond goby in a fuge with figi mineral mud and kent marine biosediment? I just got a goby and plan on keeping him in the fuge to watch him, and make sure he doesnt sneak off and die in the rocks in the display, and i just tought that may not be good for him...

I'd say probably a bad idea. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but their natural environment is more of a sugar-sized sand and I doubt it would cope well with the extremely fine particles in mud. Just a guess though...
