Hey guys,
Just picked up a diamond goby and flame angel for my 65 gallon. Got them home and drip acclimated for 1 hour and sense these are my first fish for this tank and the fish store I bought them from quarantine their stock for 6 weeks before putting them out in the show room. I just went ahead and put them in the display tank. The flame angel is happy, swimming and eating like a piggy. I don't know too much about the goby though. He has dug out 2 different spots for his house and now on his third, while digging"¦he managed to dig under a rock (don't worry, I have egg crate and the rock is concave at the bottom) and filled some of the opening with sand.
Just didn't know if this is normal or not, I knew they dug their homes under rock, but I didn't know they filled the opening back with sand from the inside.
