Diatom

I have a 75 gal tank that has been running for about 3 months and I still have diatoms. I have cerith and turbo snails in the tank and they don't seem to be able to keep up with it. Should I just let the diatoms run their course or should I add to the CUC? I run a biopellet and a GFO reactor and have no other algaes in the tank. Thanks.

Diatoms are pretty common in the early tank stages. 3 months is sill a baby tank. Let it run through. All tanks have natural cycles, and eventually yours will settle down.

If you are still worried, you can try and reduce the phosphates and nitrates being added to the tank or increase the amount being exported. In other words, feed less or do more water changes. Algae, cyanobacteria, and the like grow when there are the resources needed for them to thrive. Remove those and you fix the problem.
